World Cup futbol is the best. I had the pleasure of watching AC Milan vs. Chelsea at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia during summer 1985. It was a great experience being in the stands with passionate football fans. They happened to be for AC Milan and that worked out well for me and my mother. While I love American football, the world will be a better place if the names weren't of differing meanings.

Canadian football !!!! Whoo hooo!! Well that's easy cause i live here and i grew up with it. Aside from that I like the rules. It makes the game more challenging. The downside is there are not that many teams and its not as televised as the NFL. Australian is also great because of the contact. The rules are way different and any game with many injury's and fights is way more fun to watch. What do you like better?

world cup - nothing compares to the coming together of all the people from their respective countries to support their team. The atmosphere is amazing and although the sport may seem dull to many americans, it is the world's sport...

ice hockey is by far the more prevalent sport played in terms of number of countries in which it is played
it's just that soccer appeals to the more common denominator of society because it's so easily accessible to play - hence soccer has more _fans_
