my life hasn't been very happy, how do i turn that around because i'm tired of being sad and regretting everything.

I've had low times in my life, going through one right now, but God will see me through as He will you if you let Him. I believe what the Bible says. God doesn't promise we won't have bad times, but He'll be there to walk with us. If you have regrets then you can make a choice to turn things around and make changes for the better. Don't live in the past. Learn from it and look towards the future. Happiness is an emotion, but true joy is something that can not be determined by circumstances. I hope that helps you.

regretting is a never ending cycle and every decision made is not a good one. as long as you realise its consequences and the depth of ur decision then thats enough, but you cant beat urself upside the head after each decision. here are the tips to leading a happy life:
make enough or more $ than needed
have supportive friends that last thru the years
man that makes u feel secure as well as making u scream
take each day as it comes...be easy on urself

Someone said that happiness is a journey not a destination. It is a choice. Whatever you do if you choose to be happy, then you can be happy. Determine what you want to do in life and do it!

Look to Jesus. Look to the bible. Jesus forgives us our sins if we ask him sincerely. If he can forgive you, you can forgive yourself. Jesus gives me a reason to live and sets me free. Make new friends at a good church. Work with people that have more trouble then you have. Find someone to love and be loved by. Happiness is a choice. Choose to live, forgive and love Christ as your savior.
