It has to do with the amount you are sweating. If you were to dry that same sweat that you are saying is not salty (that is concentrate it) you would find, indeed, your sweat is salty. The body can't possibly afford to loose it all of its sodium when you are sweating profusely, so the concentration of sweat is less salty.

it might be because the body daily consumes a lot of salt so when you cry or sweat the body expels them and boogers might be because maybe some particles have salt and you inhale them i dont know why booger taste salty

If your diet is very low in salt then your sweat will not be salty.
