& the ridiculous contestant" in order to gain viewers? I'm getting tired of that!! It was funny on the first season of AI, but now it's just sad!! even more in a show that pretend to find the most amazing talent on USA, It's sad that they spend most of the show showing you the ones that don't make it, and then in a flash at the end they show you all the talent that get to the next round...I think they miss the point here!! no wonder why there are websites like VFTW

Don't you think that in a talent show should be really good entertainers, comedians, that would make you laugh more than those people??

Sad to say, but we are attracted to things like that. I think it makes us feel better about ourselves, like when we watch people fight on ridiculous talk shows. We weem to love watching the worst in people. What does that say about US?

That would be pretty boring if they just started the season showing who got to the top 12.
Some of those people are really bad just so they can get on TV and have Simon insult them. I don't feel sorry for them.

It's an entertaining show and people can use the remote if they find it annoying.

For instance, I've never watched Oprah and therefore have saved myself from a lot of grief. Good ol' remote.

I think too many viewers enjoy the comical performances as well. I believe some just want to be there for that reason. I do see your point though. Another thing I dislike is the heavy commercial programming that is on during the program.

No, I disagree, I think that's the most entertaining part. If you don't enjoy it, don't watch it.
