My husband and I bought a house that had many pets in it with the prevous owner. This owner was sometimes too lazy to clean cages and let the pets out to go to the bathroom.
We had smells everywhere, the concrete floor especially, and couldn't get rid of them. We talked to a home health care worker who told me they use a product called PUSH. We bought it at a party supply store but they sell it at janitorial stores. It is not dangerous, but must be used according to directions, or it will not work, because it is a living thing.
PUSH contains a bacteria that eats other bacteria. Bad bacterias are what cause the odor you are smelling. So, if you use it, it will eat the bacteria and the smell is gone. We put it in a spray bottle. You can spray it on the floor. You can use it in laundry too. Once the bacteria is gone, so is the smell.
Then you just clean up the PUSH bacteria.
The only thing is that you have to use the PUSH the way it is directed on the back of the bottle or it won't work. Like, we had to put it on our floor, let it sit for 20 minutes and then dab it up with a sponge. You could see the stuff working and it bubbled up, etc. It killed the pet odor smell.
This worker said they used it on an old woman's sheets and mattress who had bladder control issues and it actually turned black from eating all of the bacteria! But, she did say after they did it several times (The mattress was destroyed and had been urinated on for several months) the smell was completely dissipated.

You will need a lot of Clorox to start.
I bought a product called Unique - on Ebay. My husband is in a wheelchair and has incontinence problems. The item number is 250004035727 from UniqueDistributingNebraska.
Before we started using Unique, the smells were horrendous!! Now, this cleans up urine and blood and can be used in the laundry too.
It isn't cheap. You mix (5 to 1) enough for about a week at a time. I use it right on the bed and the floor. You can use this on the mattress (which you should cover with plastic). Since he sits on the side of the bed to "go", it sometimes dribbles onto the mattress or floor. This spray - and a lot of Clorox Cleanup - really helps a lot.

A combination of borax and white distilled vinegar (you can find both at any local supermarket) are great to deodorize and sanitize your laundry. Plus they are natural ingredients and thus safe for everyday use.

I found a product called Pet Force. Obviously it is marketed for controlling pet stains and odors but what's the dif? It contains enzyme producing bacteria. ("Friendly bacteria") that feed on organic material and break it down until it's gone. It can be used in laundry. It's also good for removing blood stains and skunk odors.

You can use white vinegar in your wash, also Odo Ban is good you can purchase large bottles of it at Sams Club. I used it to do laundry after a house fire and it cut the smoke odor out of my clothes.
