Instead of sending mail as a plain text page send the message as html where your html pages contains the pictures that you wish to send. To send a page as html page you have to write the html coding in the message box

If you're using Outlook or Outlook Express to send email, click the "Insert" menu and select "Image" (you may also need to click "From File"). The image will be inserted into the body of the message.
Some web based e-mail services also allow insertion of pictures, others (like Yahoo!) do not; check the help or support section of the service's website, or contact the webmaster.
You should consider, however, that many e-mail programs and services will prevent images from downloading by default (both Outlook 2003 and Yahoo! Mail will block the images unless the user explicitly clicks the "Show Images" button) when they're placed in the message itself. This is a security measure meant to thwart spammers.
Also, in order to send the e-mail with the picture in it the e-mail program will send the message as HTML. Many people set their e-mail programs to view messages as text only so either your picture won't show up at all, or they'll see all the gobbledegook of your images HTML code. e.g.

You can download a yahoo prigram they are beta testing right now. You put the pictures right in the message.

yahoo has a way to put pictures into meassages now. the button is right next to the attach files button when you try to compose a message.
