If you want to tell her, then just walk up to her and say "Wow, you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen." and be sincere. Then dont stare or be creepy, just say "I'm sorry I didnt mean to be so blunt." She will probably smile and say that you are sweet.

Hello. Using your opinion as an ice breaker should only be done if (1) Its appropiate at the time and in that situation AND (2) If it wouldnt offend her.

She may be the most beautiful girl you've ever seen, but if you've never spoken to her, how do you know if she has a brain to go with those looks. What ever you do, be yourself, be relaxed and if the conversation was meant to be then it will take off without any effort. Good Luck!

That is so old and she probably wouldn't believe you and think your looking for just a one night stand. Start with something less intimidating.More of a general conversation save the other after she feels comfortable. So not to scare her off.

Ask for her opinion, that alone might tell you something about the way things will go.

Depends on the subject. Definitely, though, after you've thrown your opinion at her, ask her what she thinks (in a NON-leading way, BTW.).

She might respect you for giving your opinion but you might insult her too. You might want to pick something else that could be less controversial.
