My web page is basiclly an online advice column but I am broke and have no way to advertize and thus no way to help others...I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!

Here are some free ways to advertise your site:
1) Post up notes in your local grocery stores.
2) Post up notes in your community center.
3) Submit your site to search engines. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) can help you get a higher position or ranking in the search engine. But this is a very complicated topic which I would not have enough time nor space to explain all of it here.
4) Submit your site to some internet directory service like www.dmoz.org
5) Talk to other related web site and see if they can put a link to your site on their pages. By the way, by having other sites linking to your web site, it can increase your ranking and possibly the position of the search results in Google.

Visit other websites that are either similar to yours in purpose or where your target audience (teens) congregate. Then, if they have a message board, sign up and start getting your name out.
