Ti is just as strong as Fe (iron), but much lighter (40%-45% of the weight of Fe). To determine the strength of your "super strong alloy" it would be necessary to know what other metal(s) it is alloyed with. Ti is commonly alloyed with V (vanadium), Al (aluminum), or Fe itself, and lots of times it is alloyed with more than just one of these elements. Since Ti is as strong as Fe, then using the 95% Ti alloy should give you the "strongest" alloy since most of the sample would be Ti.
