I know lots of successful love relationships that started on simple friendship. Your story might be just one of them. If at this point of time your level of communication is one that is characterized by complete openness, honesty and frankness, then this might lead to a deeper relationship other than being just as good friends. Do you have a feeling for this guy? Does he give any hint that she cares for you more than just being a friend? Discern. Don't rush.
