I have two sinks in the 2nd floor's bathroom, in the same counter, one of the sink, the water comes out normally, but the other sinks, the water comes out very low.

Go to the sink that has low pressure. At the tip of the spout there is a tip that you can unscrew. Unscrew it and unplug the screen. That should fix it up for you!! Good luck!!

One faucet may have a restriction that is not allowing enough water to come through. The aerator may be clogged or perhaps the valve is not opened all the way.

We had a defective water heater once. bits of plastic broke off and traveled through the pipes to one spigot. or the filter screen on the faucet could be clogged.

could be that both sinks are linked to the same pipe with one being a little farther shot. or could be that your faucet screen in one is clogged.
