Don't judge, just listen and support them. She is reaching out to you, say nothing, just let her talk. It is a good thing she is talking. She isn't looking for you to answer, she wants you to listen, she wants to share her pain. listen and be patient, and be ready to give that hug.

first pray 4 God to give you the word 2 say. sometime jst listening is the best way 2 help. let her know that u love her and will always be her friend - and then just let her talk. most times it took a lot of courage to reveal a secret that is painful . do nt be afraid to allow silences - this is when she may be thinking abt the situation... continue being the good friend you are!

you should stay by her side and ask her if there is anything you can do to help her. If this secret is to hard for you to keep on your own you should talk to a pastor or youth pastor because they are not aloud to tell anybody. if this secret might cause her or anybody else in her family pain then you need to tell somebody because that's what friends are for to keep each other safe. I'll pray for you and your friend.

Depends on the secret?! Sometimes listening can be the best thing someone needs. If you think she needs more professional help might be needed.

If it's that bad there is nothing that you can really say to confort her. The best thing you can do is to continue to be there for her and be her friend. Just by listening to her and not judging you are doing all you can for her.

That is going to depend on the situation, and I wouldn't post it on here if I were you, it is her secret that she told you with trust, don't lose that trust.
