I grab my paints, canvas, and brushes..then head straight to Cades Cove. Wonderful place to just do nothing in particular and still enjoy the time spent.

I don't have a physical place I can go to for any "me" time unless I'm in the bathtub. I have to mentally escape which usually includes me listening to some music.

me time is different for everyone mine is just going out side in the summer sitting under the umbrella at the picnic table doing my nails and looking at magazines with no one bothering me at all. or i will go shopping even if its just window shopping with no one bothering me. or i will go in my bed room and watch some t.v.

"me" time is going to the grave yards and walk around. At least I know nobody is there, but underneath, and they are not gonna bother me. Plus its interesting to see how old the people were when they died.
