Kenfolk or Kinfolk are all of your relatives, and sometimes non-relatives who are like family. Kin can be blood-kin (related genetically to you) or non-blood-kin (married into family or were adopted), real or fictive kin (fictive is the type that aren't really related at all but have a close relationship and are considered "family"). You also have the distinction between "kin" in general (meaning all relatives of all sorts) and close-kin (nuclear family, first cousins, grandparents, parents' siblings, your children and your siblings). All these things are your kenfolk (or kinfolk), and now I guess you "ken" it (that is, to know it).

Your kinfolk are your relatives. Next of kin would be your closest relative like a spouse or parent.

In what language? It's not an English word. Could you mean "kinfolk" -- which just means relatives?
