apples are a biological organ, it is the seed carrier for Angiosperm group of plants. What is its chemical composition? It is a Mixture of many compounds, one making a membranous "skin", one forming the "fruit" part of the apple, still more compounds make up each of the five seeds, and so on....So there is no one chemical formula for an Apple. It all depends on what part of an Apple you are interested in.

As far as Iron (Fe) goes: YES there is Iron in an apple. Its presence is why an apple turns brown when left out. The iron containing compund in the apple (known as a phenol) reacts with oxygen in the air making a "rust" layer on the surface. But this usually only occurs if you cut the apple which breaks the cells and lets oxygen in to react with the Fe-containing Phenols (a molecule in the shape of a ring that has a Hydroxyl group (OH) attached to it, making it an alcohol, but not the kind that is drank at the bar!)
