Waxing them is the best option. It pains first for few times but its ok then. The hairs removed very nicely and no black skin. Also next coming hairs will be smooth. Its best because the skin doesn't turns to balck and also not irritation.
Go for waxing everytime.

I believe that shaving is best. Use some liquid soap or some shaving cream and a fresh, sharp razor, do it gently and and since the hair grows in different directions there, shave from all directions to get it all smooth. Its ok to have a shadow, you just want to have it smooth and clean.

If you're desperate enough, try waxing! Although it's painful, the hair is gone with no trace! When you shave, you can still see the hair follicle, you know, the "pore" of the hair, or something.

I can't say much but as long as you don't shave coz it will make your arm pit appear dark (due to the stubbles).Try pluck it, (if you have less like mine-very very less). If not, go for laser treatment or wax ********* (though i don't highly recommend this).Good luck!

Shaving with ordinary razors works well. If you have really sesitive skin, you could try an electic.

Laser. It won't grow again. I don't know about the side effects!
