Please share the details. For me it was a frog that I had accidentally hit with the lawn mower and wanted to finish off. I had to put it on something hard first. It was noisier than I expected.

On a positive note I had rubber boots on so I was well protected. They did a good job.

One of the responses reminded me of a worse incident. I found a mouse nest full of newborns and I had to kill them. After the first one I realized how messy it was going to be but had to do the rest in. Again, with those same rubber boots.

The grossest thing I ever stepped on was a dead body. I was walking along the lagoon in water sandals & I suddenly got stuck in something that smelled so bad that I just about lost it! It seemed like it took eons to get that smell off by skin! I actually got sick for about a month after this incident! Thanks 4 the memories!

A great big, mushy, steaming pile of fresh cow manure. I was out helping to pull a calf when she decided to let 'er rip. It wasn't the stepping in it that was the gross part, it was the slipping and landing in it that added insult to injury!!

Once , I put my foot in my shoe and there was cold cat vomit in it.. that was the most disgusting thing I have ever stepped in.

i was at a movie theater and i stepped in puke..it was so disgusting..it made me want to puke as well
