i found cutting my hands off did the trick but the buggers fitted prosthetic ones !!!!!!!!! haha

I just set certain limits; I'll look at my points, and I'll say "all right, I'll stop when I hit X points." But I always like to end my Answers session with a round number of points: for instance, if my counter says that I'm at 1,328, then I'll answer one more question so that I can end my session at 1,330. See what I mean?
This being summer, I also pick out a certain book that I want to read, and when I get bored of Answers, I'll pick that book up instead. I've just finished The Golden Compass.

Keep a big bottle of water by the desk and start drinking it about half an hour before you need to get off the comp. Then it just depends on how strong your bladder is! Make sure you turn it off before you go to the loo and DONT go back!!!
