Question

Provide affordable housing within each city
Create more jobs through a series of major national improvement projects
Revise the welfare system to get resources to those that need it
Revise foreign trade to allow trade with 3rd world nations without compromising Australian Industry and labour force
Allow funding to recapture the inland desert for agricultural use
Drive a smarter defence force for a secure OZ
Improve public transport, medical facilities, and educational reforms
Strengthen Australian companies in the provision of national services and utilities, as well as MFGing and non-primary industry
Make it illegal to telemarket a product, unless given permission from the customer
Fund research in new design and Techs, esp fuel replacement
Not keep giving themselves an unreasonable raise every year
Stand up to the US when they are unreasonable
Put forward a vote for a constitutional republic when Queen dies
and was good looking (unlike beazley or howard).

I am an Australian, and I probably would vote for someone who would actually do that.

Although I have to sing a few lines that go a little like this:

"Where bon bons play, on the sunny beaches of peppermint bay."

Hey I'm not an Aussie. But whatever you guys do Good Luck. As for me, well.......I'm Canadian, and we have our own gang of yahoo's to deal with up here. But what you're saying isn't that much different than over here.
