North Korea has a right under international law to test missiles and the like for defensive purposes (especially since North Korea has *always* stated their weapons are a deterrent to be used if they are attacked first). The UN *should* do something about how the USA are developing new nuclear warheads for battlefield use long before they step in on anyone else in the world who are just trying to protect themselves from the Americans.

OK so everybody before me is saying blow them up. Yeah right. First of all the UN hasn't got the guts to tie it's own shoe laces, let alone blow up North Korea. What they will do is this: they will start some bogus Dollars for ( you fill in the blanks ) Rip off Billions from other UN countries. Give some money to the North Koreans. Then Blame everything on the U.S. or mainly George Bush like they usually do
