they can only delete it so many times when it just cant delete anymore

It all boils down to the fact that your avatar looks like it has a facial tic. Yahoo saw your tic-ing avatar and
a) felt sorry for the fact that it had a facial tic or some sort of tourettes syndome.
b) began to worry about a discrimination lawsuit filed by someone with an avatar with a facial tic.
c) Interpreted your tic-faced avatar as having a nervous condition which might cause it to do something irrrational.
