Depending on what school you go to, most classes are on a MWF schedule, with the classes being about an hour long, or a TTh schedule, with the classes being about an hour 15 mins long. There are rarely classes on the weekends, and summer classes are usually 4 to 5 days a week.

It depends on how you schedule classes. Most people I know go to classes five days a week in the beginning and then as they approach graduation, they narrow classes down to two or three days.

2-5 days depending on the class you select. MWF or TTH are the most common, but some Internet based classes required at least one meeting on a Saturday.
