It's on a website- US Tactical supply. It has three prongs with teeth and collapses. Yes, I know I'm picky, but that's because the cheap $20 "ninja" version broke on me, and I seriously need a reliable tool that can support my 180-pound body. The one Im describing is used in the military and was voted as the best, however, I need a more affordable price for this product. if anyone has any links or has an interest in scaling trees and buildings, please hit me back with some info. thanks

I'm using it for tree climbing, hiking, and rescue training.

I put some links for you under sources that will automatically run searches various places looking for grappling hooks (except Ninja) or for TRG Grabber. By the way, I couldn't find the latter on either Yahoo! Shopping or eBay, but I got a lot of hits on the web. The best price I saw on a TRG Grabber was $144.95 at T.A.D. Gear Inc. (first "Source" below). http://www.tadgear.com/x-treme%20gear/climbing%20gear%20main/trg_grabber_grappling_hook.htm

Observations:
(1) a lot of the results were the "Batman" hook. I'm guessing that will have the same problem as Ninja.
(2) a lot of results were a piece of mountain/rock-climbing gear (a protection device) called a "grappling hook" (people used to call this a "sky hook"). I assume that you're not interested in these.

QUESTION: What are you using a grappling hook for? Just curious.
