I have Winnie the Pooh and friends around my right ankle (my present to myself for surviving cancer-- I've always loved Pooh). I want to get a cross on my left ankle with the words "faith, hope, love" in the grain of the wood. An artist friend already designed it and I want it to be a living memorial to family and friends I have lost by adding a flower under the cross for each of them. What do you think and do you have any suggestions or opinions?

pooh bear and friends were always my favorite too.....your idea for a tattoo sounds great....its nice to hear that your tattoos have a meaning behind them. dont let anyone try to tell what to change or how it should be done.....it means something to you and thats all that matters

Sounds cool. As you add flowers over the years the ink may not match though.. the oldest ones may have faded...

hmmm... well, this is gonna sound wierd... but in the movie Conair... with Nic Cage, one of the guys has like a rose vine thing with hearts instead of roses... *cough*one.for.each .woman.he.raped*cough*... but still, you could do something like that, that way you could always add on....
