No it isn't a sure sign of pregnancy.

The only sure sign of pregnancy is a positive pregnancy test-from your doctor. While the home tests are normally really good, they can still give a false reading due to human error or if you don't have enough HCG hormone(pregnancy hormone) in your body yet, because you took the test too early.

No, not a sure sign of pregnancy. One of the body's first reactions to pregnancy is to start overproducing insulin (that puts the food into the cells to make the baby grow and for all other normal purposes, too). When too much blood sugar leaves the bloodstream, the body can react with nausea (among other reactions, like mood changes, cravings for food, etc). As there has been no food going into the mommy to be for 8 hours or so, blood sugar can get low enough to cause nausea in the morning.

However, if a person is hyperinsulinemic for other reasons (like genetics as it can be a sign of pre-diabetes) then the nausea may occur in the morning - or any time during the day, without pregnancy being present.

It's not a sure sign, but a very good one. Being late is a much better clue. Also a home pregnancy test is even better. Good luck, which ever way you want it to be.
