Fake boobs look cock eyed sometimes. They look hard and often have a huge divrt in the middle. They can ripple.
they stand out from the body in an unatural way.
Real boobs are beautiful, soft and should not be altered
unless they are terribly mis- shapen.

In my opinion, They can't really tell the difference, usually only another female can. A man thinks the female is naturally gifted with that bust area and that she may work out. Unless of course the male is a plastic surgeon and just gave a babe some new hot cleavage.

Most of the time you can tell pretty easily but some boob jobs are very very good and it is hard to tell. Also, if the girl had med/large boobs to begin with it makes it more difficult.

fake boobs are a more firm, and usually sit higher than real ones...also when laying down...fake boobs don't seem to move too much from where they lay...real ones have their good old friend gravity to move them south....

fake boobs are perfectly round, and do not move. now they have teardrop shaped implants to look morenatural. they are way firmer to the touch.
