It would be an interesting thought experiment to ponder what would happen if everybody decided to stop fighting in wars and battles. Not anything else change, but just a general agreement to no longer fight each other, and that everybody actually abided by it.
The thing is that some people will feel totally disadvantaged by the general peace. Those who already have significant domination of another country's economy will be able to expand upon this unfettered. (Part of the quarrel arising from the Muslim world is that the West is getting a bargain on petroleum.) There were be issues such as what religion, if any, would have the largest influence in culture. Political ideology would not be something that you can spread anymore, which works against themselves.
Consider the vast number of questions that occur on this site that are met with vitriol and outright hostility. And this is just a computer forum where most of us do not interact with each other face-to-face. The true is that most of us that spend a fair amount of time here will tend to have an agenda that they wish to propagate.
People are not born hating the world. That is a lesson that we learn from our elders, who are wanting to pass along past injustices to future generations, and from our peers, who are determined to fear what is different in each of us, leading from fear to hatred. I suppose that the reason that we do not get along in this world is that the two forces mentioned above propagates a vicious cycle that leads to violence between neighbours and nations alike. Once we all choose to no longer fear the past and the present, we can then work to not fear the future.

Because the world is not spiritual. If you are spiritual (not religous) then money, material goods, status lose their importance. Everyone would be concerned with their own business and living a spiritual life and not about how they can get over on the next person. Life would have meaning and wouldnt be about money, oil, using natural resources, discrimmination, racism, sexism, etc. Instead of crying about it, try to do something about it, nothing major, just try to change your own little part of the world, starting with your thinking. Many miracles have happened with less.

I totally agree with you. I think that all countries should be free.. but when that happens, some bad person has to ruin it for everybody and try to take over everything. If you think about it.. we there are more people willing to get along but there are just those *few* people that have to mess it up for EVERYBODY. there are very greedy people in this world.. and they mess it up for the innocent people that deserve to have a happy life.

This is how things are, who says this is not supposed to be the way things go. Who says we actually hurt? What about constant change, this is the world. Undescribable. Thus, is it really "bad"? Stop describing this place, it is not horrible, and it is not heaven. It is beyond description, it is the way.
