depends on my mood.
If I'm being thoughtful and introspective then obviously I want to walk by myself.
If I'm being friendly or romantic then I naturally want that special someone there with me.

I usually walk alone be it on a beach or a busy street. But with the right person by my side I'd rather walk with her.

seeing as i've done both, i'd have to say with a someone. just to talk, cause the beach is a felling of infinte, and with the feeling is an even greater feeling, that you need, no must share this with someone.
P.s. that might only happen when the sun is rising or setting, but that my answer.
