They say if you listen to learn language tapes while u sleep, you'll learn the language, yes or no? And how?

Not really. The scientists on Brainiac tried this, and found no difference between not listening to the tape, and listening to the tape.

No. But if you listen to them while away and doing other things, your profficeincy might improve.

BTW, spelling was the only thing I ever had to study in school. I tried sleep tapes when I was in first grade because it sounded like it would work. I got 100% on the next test, but that was because I listened to the AS I was falling asleep and I had to "study" to create them in the first place! Actual sleep learning doesn't work. I wish it did, too.

If it works at all, it must work better for some people than for others. I slept through many of my classes, and never learned a thing from them.
