Its the best thing for a woman to do. Actually will relieve your cramping, instead of laying around. My tennis coach would never let us girls use that as an excuse to take it easy, and the reason being, was that, it will ease your cramps. Guess what...it worked.

Sure, unless you feel really sick and are bleeding profusely. There's no reason not to. Most people use their heads and figure it out for themselves..."Do I feel well enough to play soccer today?" If not, then don't.
