Nope. If you are a girl with no siblings or maybe all sisters, you will realise that they are all still closer to their moms than dads. Anyway, my dad is very oily so I wouldn't want to be close to him.

i was personally closer to my mom then my dad. but my dad was my step dad. so i dont know, my lil sister is a lil daddys girl. but my other sister is closer to my mom. its weird...i honestly dont know. but thts a great ?

In psychology they explain this as the "Oedipus complex" or the "Electra complex"....Freud can explain it better

probably becuz they go to the one who is more kind to them...fathers aren't as kind to sons, while sometimes mothers aren't as kind to their daughters.
