sorry, he's not micheal winslow, even though he is an african american. he played one of theo's friend in a late episode of cosby, and they were getting ready to go to a kung fu theater festival. thanks and keep trying!

I believe you are thinking of Michael Winslow. He was also in the Police Academy movies.
