Are there any C++ programmers out there willing to help me with this?

im working on making a simple game, but dont know how to do animation/drawings. I also have a problem wiith cyclic dependecies. can someone help? answer and ill email you with the files attached. thnx!

Which platform are you developing on?
C++ has no native graphics support.
