Depends on the aims, but it usually helps to know your relatives, and their buddies, and seem like a trustworthy fellow. The tools to reach the aim are a lot cheaper and easier to get this way, and if it's a career aim, this way you'll surely know someone in the business to get you started. Ones with money are of course favored in many places, not where I am, but many places anyway.

Calculate the chances of success. Take those odds into consideration before you make a move to try to succeed. Just remember odds sometimes chance depending on the situation. Pick an opportune time to make an advantagement, try your best, and if you fail, you must try again. But make sure you had learned from your first mistake before taking another chance.

just go for the goal you have in mind and go wherever it takes you , only people who go out of their way and take chances end up being great things. as far as the society ur living in , make a new 1 lol

Proper planning and goal setting is how. If you are in a bad location for your goals, then go where the goals are. You can't become a champion snow skier in a swamp, right? So you relocate and try again.
