You could always start off as friends first and maybe do some internet chatting or doing afterschool activities together, if you feel you absolutley must have a boyfriend now. I have had several boyfriends without my mothers knowing. But you must be safe and take things slow if you feel your mother feels you are too young.

Just don't rebel and go behind her back and see him. Be obedient to your Mom...she knows best. He'll be there, or one better when you are at the age your Mom deems acceptable to date. Until then, be friendly but don't lead him on. Obedience will get you great rewards if you can wait. I promise.

if your under 18 and in her house you gotta follow the rules, but if you think she's being absolutely unreasonable. try showing her that your responsible enough to have a boyfriend. Have an adult conversation with her ,don't whine and plead, ask her reasons and give her your reasons. try to come to a compromise if possible..... maybe suggest supervised dates.?
