opera 9 no internet options in tools. yahoo home page?

I downloaded opera 9 to be my new browser and I dont want their homepage, I want Yahoos. In the tools at the top there is no Internet Options. What should I do?

Click on the tools menu
Click on the preferences
the homepage option should be there unless they made any big changes in that version

Open Opera,
Click Tools,
Click Preferences,
See homepage?
Type in http://www.yahoo.com
