i've tried the normal searches with google. i'm especially looking for clips to Saw like where the old guy explains the game. does anyone know any good websites that i can get these from?

Why not just use a sound recording program like cool edit and make your own? Play the movie on your computer and hit record at the right time. Will also give you the ability to cut what you want out and will also allow you to edit the quality and format.
