My boyfriend just broke up with me recently because he got a job offer in another city. We're two very different people, who understood each other. When he broke up with me, he told me that he didn't think that he loved me, etc. Just a few weeks before that he told me that he couldn't imagine being without me. I have no clue what happened here! By the way, he's not seeing another woman. I think he just wanted his freedom to go away. But it hurts that he completely diminished our relationship as if we were never anything. I did everything for him. I loved him so much. I think people only do these things when they want to find someone better. Do you guys have any examples of what goes around, comes around?

Your heart is broken. I think he handled it wrong as most men do. I know its hard to accept his actions. Time heals all things and this too shall pass. There is someone better meant for you out there.

What goes around ""does"" come back around. I've seen it happen so many times in my life that it gives me the chills. You treat someone badly, you can bet that someone will treat you badly down the line. It's kharma.

He handled this all wrong, but you have an opportunity to rise above this, and learn from it. Never "assume" you know a person, because ultimately, you will end up being shocked over something. Many times different circumstances will cause a persons "true" color to come out, but otherwise, you are left with a "face value" of what that person is really like... whether that is the truth or not will remain to be seen.

Many infact....but let me say that the reason why is to make the person realize they have done something wrong and to make it right.
This sounds like you have been hurt tremendously by him and your desire to have it come his way is normal although not productive. Please take some time and write him a letter of how hurt you are by how he dealt with the situation and you especially. Remember in dealing with him that if the shoe was on the other foot how would you like to be dealt with. You may have alot of reactions with what I have just said but give it time and settle alittle before writing a letter that you will send.
I have been here and realize how important it is to dealt correctly with this hurt!

All I can say is I don't think, I know that what goes around comes around. Sometimes it takes a long time, but eventually it all catches up. Have faith.
