You are not alone. Since I know nothing about your life, I can't tell you why you feel like everyone is out to get you. I can give you a few hints, though. First of all, no matter how lonely life seems right now, there are always people out there who share your interests and who are capable of understanding you.
The trick is finding them, and hanging on until you can find them. Whatever you are interested in, become active in that, and you will increase your chances of meeting people like you.
Second, try to avoid making the mistake the Emperor Domitian made. He was afraid everyone was out to get him, and at the slightest excuse he had people arrested and executed. Finally, someone killed him before he could get to them.
I'm sure you don't have people arrested and executed ;<) but if you feel like people are out to get you, sometimes the slightest reason will convince you that you are right. Then, you will react badly to that person, perhaps offending them so much that the *are* out to get you after that.
I'm not saying your feelings are all in your imagination; I don't know enough about your life for that. What I *am* saying is that, even if you are right some of the time, you don't want to let that push you into making mistakes and driving away people who *aren't* out to get you.
In fact, sometimes, when people really *are* out to get you, that is exactly what they are trying to provoke you to do, so they can "show" others how "right" they are.

Well without knowing more about you, it is hard to answer. I can tell you that most everyone feels this way at some time in their lives.
It is usually during times of stress and anxiety. Please, it does no good to dwell on it. If there is a workable solution, work on it. Keep on the positive side of life. Seek help from friends, parents, trusted relatives, church, teachers.
These people want to see you succeed in life. Trust someone and talk your problems out. Posting on this inane site isn't going to help, it just gives some of these folks 5 seconds of pleasure making fun of you.

Oh, I am sorry you are experiencing this.
No one is literally out to get you! Take some time for yourself, be sure to listen to your intuition. Everything is ok!!
The sun is always shining, sometimes clouds get in the way, sometimes its on the other side of the earth, but either way its always there!
Be patient, breathe, meditate, you are a wonderful and beautiful person who deserves happiness and joy!
