I'm not sure whether he faked his own death or committed suicide...either way the charges against him will be dropped, the conviction against him will be vacated, and his wife will get about half of his $6.3 million in assets unless someone sues his estate in civil court.
I personally think he killed himself because there are a lot of drugs out there that can mimic a heart attack if you overdose on them, and just because you have coronary artery disease doesn't always mean you can die from it.

I have heard of stranger things. But if he did or didn't die he got off EASY. That wouldn't really shoke me if we found out later that he is in some remote island kicking back and relaxing with out a care in the world.
