The HUGE Dominican flag in the Germany vs. Italy game ?!

There's Dominicans both in Italy and Germany, so it's not too weird. They were cheering for either of the two teams, but at the same time they wanted everybody to know that they were from the Dominican Republic, I guess.

I would bring my country's flag if I go to championships, even though my country is not the one that plays. Proudly waving, yes.
There are also people with dual citizenships and they want to express national pride for both countries. Then, Germany is big touristic country, there might be some tourists from Dominican Republic who happened to be there..
