Shivakasi in Tamilnadu, India is such one town where firecrackers are manufactured all round the year. In India, during Diwali, firecrackers are burnt. During other occasions, also, firecrackers are used.

It happens in other cities, but it does seem to happen in Indy a lot. Perhaps with the fireworks law change, it will not be such a thrill to light fireworks for months at a time now that they are no longer considered "illegal" fireworks.

In Ohio, it starts about the second week of june and stops cold after the 4th of july. what a relief.

They do here too,but that that much.Not enough to get aggravated at them.They are just celebrating early.
