if a straight cristian makes fun of gays they say they are making fun of their culture, but if a gay guy makes fun of christianity its alright

I don't make fun of Christians, I just don't agree with their religion

We live in an imperfect world. I am a christian and I don't feel that it is right for either to make fun of the other. Being a true to christian I have love for everyone, including gays. However, I will be the first to admit that I strongly disapprove of their homosexual lifestyles. I don't support gay marriage, gay olympic games, gay parades of any of that other crap, but I do believe it is important for us to respect one another and renounce hatred among the cultures.

No, it's not alright, either way. Why is anyone making fun of anyone, other than being insecure of themselves? Sometimes people might let it slide, especially on here, simply for the fact that a lot of so-called Christians come into this section to attack us, so some might think it's only fair play, but it's not. Regardless of who drew first blood, everyone needs to learn to be tolerant of everyone-including the ignorant. They can't help it.

A Christian or otherwise would not make fun of any one including same sex behavior. As for gays making fun at Christians, just take a careful look at yourself.
1 Cor 10:23-24, note verse 24. When you starting following Christ, maybe (just maybe) you will listen to his message and not your own.

it isn't alright for anyone to make fun of anyone else when they are doing it out of hatred and spite.
you just got to remember that not all people are going to find things funny. sometimes jokes get taken the wrong way, and it turns into an out and out brawl.
many christians use their religion to hurt people, saying, well in the bible god says this, and god says that. they tell gays that they are sinners and are going to hell, etc. gays can only take so much of that before they start fighting back. you can only turn the other cheek so many times before youre all turned out.
so if christians can't stand the heat-stay out of the kitchen. us gays don't go looking for christians to start fights with. they however do come looking for us. for example, look at any of these GLBT boards and see how many christians are on here posting about how we need jesus, then go to the religion boards and see how many gays are on there saying that the christians need to get better fashion-or whatever you say they say to make fun of christians. i bet you'll see more christians on here, than gays on there.

I don't make fun of gays because i'm a christian. I do not approve of gays because I think is wrong but i'll let god deal with them accordingly.
