I'm kinda concerned but not for the reasons you think. Even if North Korea gets a missile to our airspace, NORAD will blow it out of the sky long before it gets here so we are very safe.

What bothers me is knowing North Korea is China's puppet. China wants us to have conflict with Iran and North Korea. They are building up to something. Forget WMD's the real reason we are in Iraq is because it borders Iran. Know what's on the other side of Iran? Afghanistan... coincidence? I think not. It's very likely building up to WWIII, I am not afraid or Iran or North Korea but China scares the hell out of me.

I am Canadian living in Japan. And I see no threat. What I see is a little boy (North Korea) begging for attention and that's exactly what they're getting. It's amazing how propoganda flies around and everybody believes it. Unfortunately we live in a negative world where every action taken is a negative one. Pick a country, any country, aren't they all basically a threat. North Korea did a missile test, so what, the US has as well as many other countries. It's our lack of knowledge about North Korea and their regime that scares people. Don't blow it out of porportion. Communication is always the answer. If that fails...

Not concerned at all. North Korea doesn't have the weapons to hurt the United States. Clearly they can cause problems to other countries near them, such as Japan and South Korea. If that were to happen, world pressure to end the danger would balloon over night. As a result the North Korean government would fall in very short order.

@NK fact: What various s***. As a communist myself, i can obviously state that North Korea is about as some distance from commmunism as you will get. it really is only a defense force dictatorship with purple paint. human beings like you, pretending that places like North Korea are actual communist and a functioning society are the reason such various human beings do not actual understand what communism is. As for the question, the missiles bit received't be too a lot problem. you could be extra stressful about them crusing a deliver with a nuke right into a port then blowing up that city or some thing like that. although with any success they bypass for the a lot less genocide-y overseas coverage.

Not at all. For starters, and most importantly, it is not in N. Korea's best interest to come after the U.S. And although they have backing from China and Russia, the fact is that it just doesn't make any sense for them to do it. They want funding. You can't milk a dead cow. People love to focus on what's put in front of them, instead of the whole picture. Someone who is asking for unilateral talks doesn't go and shoot a missle at whom he wants to speak to. Japan has more to fear than mainland U.S. and another thing..if you didn't read the articles. the big missle disintigrated into the sea of Japan. No harm, no foul. Nobody is ready just yet for an all out war.

Pretty unconcerned, I mean, as Lou Dobbs said on CNN "North Korea is a thumb nail on the map", I know that americans tend to be overconfident but if all else fails, we would have to stop them somehow and I have every belief that we can and will stop them!

Not one damned bit!! If that little pipsqueak is stupid enough to fire a missile at the US, North Korea will be a glowing hole in the ground!
