Better to bless your priest with this. Answer questions honestly if asked but don't feel compelled to overwhelm the person. You should however inform about the sex change pretty much up front. Lead up to this over a few times rather than dumping the bucket all at once. Maybe find out how she feels about people who have had sex changes first?

Do you really feel sinful that you had this done? I always hear that most people feel wonderful once this very painful operation is done, and so proud of their new looks. Anyway, only you know what your guilt/comfort level is with this person, and how much your willing to risk by telling all, or by losing them anyway if the truth comes out by some other means. One of those damned if you do, damned if you don't kinda situations. Sounds like He loves you tho.

Judging from ur pic (and I swear I am not trying to be rude at all) I think he knows 'that' part. I guess, just figure it this way, honesty is the best policy. You may not have to necessarily divulge all of ur most inner feelings and experiences but the important ones you should.

Tell your fiance! You will not be able to keep it from them and, quite frankly, if you're at the stage of getting married then you've kept it a secret too long already! That is really unfair of you. If you love someone, you inform them of who you truly are... Get in there and tell them!

NO!, let your fiancee discover you over time. throwing everything at your fiancee all at once would certainly be like forcing yourself on to them, and that's not necessarily nice. In fact it is even more interesting when your fiancee through there own emotional desire is able to discover what they need to know about you especially impressive ones. It can be romantic also if they do this at their own pace.

Well no you shouldn't have to tell him anything... if its going to make you feel better than do so..
But if your fiance can't tell that you were born a man... he should go check his eye sight!
