I think it is bad on and off the internet. It's hatred against other humans and it would be great if it were banned all over.

I think "everything goes" except explicitly illegal stuff (kp, pirate sites).
That someone will put up a site with BS on it will not convert me, nor can it hurt me. All they are really capable of is letting me see that, yes, some people are full of crap in the extreme. There is enough factual information out there to bury the white supremacists and neo-nazi morons. That what they say is "scary" or "offensive" to some (most?) people - including me - is really inconsequential.
By making the sites illegal or taking them down, you commit several errors:
1) The swine can play the "see, they are afraid of the truth. It is a conspiracy" card. And like it or not, some of these people have come up with things that disproved the wisdom of the day and forced corrections. Do you really want them to be in a position of being able to say "We told you so"? No - let them expose their views. Being right 1% of the time and wrong the other 99% will not make them any more appealing - unless they are given the kind of leverage that censorship offers.
2) They are forced underground, where they continue their efforts to screw up the world, but they are a lot harder to identify and watch.
3) Free speech issue. If they can be shut down, so can the next "baddest" group. And the next baddest after that. And the next. Until you are left with fluff (or perhaps the Chinese internet). Free speech has to be all or nothing.
The best defense against garbage on the net is the exposure that it is garbage. This is what it takes to immunize us against it.

I don't think they should be banned, maybe people could use these sites to see how these peoples 'minds' work.
I think these people have a lot of anger and it's better they can vent their anger on the net instead of in other ways.Stopping these sites won't stop people being racist, they'll simply get more angry. Oh, and I'm from Ireland.
Just thought I'd add - these sites should not be banned but regulated and there should be a strict age limit, how these sites work is they get a young person who is angry about something and brainwash them into their way of thinking. I've looked at a nazi forum (purely out of interest to see what was said there) and there was a lot of teens asking questions.

I think these people can make whatever sites they please as long as they don't justify harming other individuals or groups physically. They are filled with stupidity and hate and for that I pity them. I don't like supremacy groups, but I do enjoy free speech, even if I don't agree with what they are saying. I have dealt with racists in my personal life, having KKK painted on my driveway as a child because my mother is white and my father is black. I really wish that people weren't that way, but they are. I can do my part to help it by giving people a positive representation of my race (or races I might say) as can everyone else.

White Supremacy is just another hate group and they have the right to their opinion. If they threaten the livelihood of others they should be stopped and dealt with appropriately. There are many racist groups that are as racist if not more so. Mexicans, Asian, Black. Racism against Whites is generally accepted in our government and society.
There are many forms of racism, I believe that quotas in business and schools for funding and tax incentives is racist as you can get. It all really depends on your perspective.

White supremacy in ANY form is not a good thing... Wankers...
However they are entitled to have an opinion. Everyone is - no matter how much we may disagree with it.

Everyone has a choice as to what they look at on the internet. There is no way to regulate it.
It isn't against the law.
Either put up with it, read it, or ignore it.

Whether or not you agree with it, it should be allowed because of "Free Speech"... Some of it may be dangerous, or even considered stupid, but people are free to make their own decisions. Finally, I'm in Seattle, and no these sites don't affect me as I've never visited them - no reason to.

Racism in any form is wrong. Any type of site no matter what color or belief system, that instructs people to go out and cause harm to others is wrong. Very wrong.
