define "every" domestic honour? do you mean won a premiership title, la liga, bundasleagua etc or do you mean Champions' league, UEFA cup? plus every trophy their respective league has to offer then that would be Ronaldihno of Barcalona...I would say Gerrard of Liverpool but they have yet to win the premiership...

If you mean the former the answer is no one.
