You cant and you cant again. Dont buy any such thing like that online. I worked in a urology office and a 19 year old apparently tried something like that and had an erection for 24 hours. OH WOW, you think.....NO.....it was literally squeezing him and causing immense pain. He had to go to the emergency room to get an injection to make the penis go down. True story. Dont play.
