JJ . My guess is that O is the 15th letter then T is 5 more or 1/3 of 15 . From T to F is 12 letters, 1/3 of 12 is 4, F plus 4 is J

Are you sure there is suppose to be two "O's" in the beginning of the riddle ? Check it out !

I don't know about oottff but zottff would be:
zero, one, two, three, four, five, and the next is six so the letter would be s
zottffssentettffssenttttttttttttttttttttfffffffffffffffffffs...... and so on.....
