Is it ironic that Rappers' children are usually NOT allowed to hear their parents CDs..and they KNOW that their music is good enough that there are actually more whites buying their CDS than ever before...BUT...WHITE PEOPLE CANNOT SING THE LYRICS FOR FEAR OF OFFENDING???

Isn't there a lack of repsonsibility within the hip hop community to PROMOTE racial tension with this type of situation??Should they be held accountable???

please no biased opinions..

Not really. . .they're just tryin' to sell a record. It all depends on who's listenin' and how people react. I'm black and I have NEVER used the "N" word in my life. I was taught that it wasn't a word to toy with, so I'm hurt when anybody says it to me. . .and that the truth. =)

is there lack of responsibilty in the metal rock world for creating religious tension? no. it is noones fault but the consumer. nobody forces them to buy the cds. they like the music so they buy the cd no harm in that. as far as the N word goes i am more than positive white people rap all the words to the songs when they are alone including the N word. personally i have no problem with that once they remember where they are. they can do whatever they want to do in the privacy of the own home but if they have sense enough not to use certain language around black people.

I totally agree with you. White kids have lost their sense of identity as caucasian and at their age, are growing up thinking that violence, especially agaist women is ok thanks to the HipHop community.
They are also growing up angry. Gee, I wonder why.
The music industry just cares about making money. Bottom line.
